Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to cross over loved ones?

It is a safe procedure to do as long as it is in the highest good of all. But going "home" to Heaven is always called for as long as the soul agrees.

What is free will for a soul?

Free will is the same as it is for a living human being. They get to choose their journey and process of transitioning. If they are not ready to transition fully, that is their decision and choice and we are not to interfere.

Why do souls stay trapped in the 4D?

Sometimes they get confused and do not understand that they have crossed over. These souls can benefit from our assistance. Some souls have chosen to stay close to loved ones who are still living. This is not always advised as the longer they stay, the harder it is to return to 5D. Some bonds are harder to break. You often encounter resistance with loved ones who are not ready to part. Some souls choose to stay in 4D as part of their journey. They will leave for home when they are ready.

What happens after a soul leaves?

Then the connection with their humans will change and adapt. They will still feel them but not as closely as they did when they were in 4D.
